Payroll Schedule Admin Page

The purpose of this page is to display and allow input of the Payroll Schedule dates set forth by Central Payroll Processing. The data is manually entered into this web page and needs to be kept up to date. These dates control when other processes (SQL Agents) execute such as the Energy Payroll Hours Verification process and the CBS Snapshot Builders process.

Instructions for entering data in each field:

NOTE: Accuracy is very important when updating this table! It controlls when other program execute so please double and triple check your data entry.

1. To add a new record click on the # menu and select NEW.

2. Find the relevant Payroll Documents Schedule from the Central Payroll Schedule website to use as a reference.

3. Go to the CBS Payroll Schedule Admin page located here. (You must have been granted privileges to access this page)

4. Schedule Year: Enter the relevant year as a four digit number.

5. ScheduleMonth: Enter the relevant month as a 1 or 2 digit number.

6. Schedule Period: Enter 1 for the first half of the month or 2 for the second half.

7. BeginDate: Enter the begin date of the pay period.

8. EndDate: Enter the end date of the pay period.

9: VerifyDateTime: Enter the date from the Payroll Documents Schedule under the heading "Complete on-line input of Positive Pay in DEPT PAY by NOON. Run Payroll Calculation". The begin time is always 10am.

10. Deadline: Enter the date from the Payroll Documents Schedule under the heading "Complete on-line input of Positive Pay in DEPT PAY by NOON. Run Payroll Calculation". If the date has an asterisk then the end time deadline is 2pm instead of 12pm.

11. RunDate: Enter the date 1 day after the deadline date.

12. Created: Enter today's date.

13. EnergyFileFlag: Set to default of False. It will be programmatically set to True when the EnergyPayrollHours SQL Agent executes.

14. PayrollFlag: Set to default of False. This flag is currently not in use.

15. SnapshotsRunDate: Add two days to RunDate and enter this date. This is the date that the MasterScheduleController SQL Agent checks to see if it is the correct date to execute the CBSSnapshotBuilders SQL Agent.

16. PersonnelSnapshotsFlag: Set to default of False. It will be programmatically set to True when the CBSSnapshotBuilders SQL Agent executes.

17. PayrollSnapshotFlag: Set to default of False. It will be programmatically set to True when the CBSSnapshotBuilders SQL Agent executes.
