Annual Review Overview

The Annual Review function within the Personnel Module of CBS allows the various groups (Departments, College, Dean, and Admin) to view, input, generate forms for, and export information from CAHNRS employees' annual reviews.

Departments View

The Departments view within the annual review function creates a list of employees whose home or appointing department matches user permissions upon logging in. The role of the person assigned to use the Department view is to:

1) Verify that the employees listed within that department view are correct

2) If employees listed are not correct, initiate or arrange for PERMS actions to ensure employees appear in their appropriate departments' lists. The following definition should be used to determine whether an employee is correctly appearing in a department list:
