FTE & ADR Selection Criteria for Payroll & Personnel Snapshots
The FTE & ADR fields in both the Payroll Snapshot and Personnel Snapshot have unique selection criteria. This document is meant as a reference for what data is being selected to calculate the FTE and ADRcriteria for each specific field.
Only the following Earning Type Codes are included in all FTE calculations contained within the payroll or personnel snapshots:
- REG
- R/T
- RGA
- RGC
- PPL
- PRO
- FED
- FMV
- FRO
- FWS
- HPW
- HRP
- HRY
- IWS
- S/D
- SHR
- SPW
- SWS
Only the following Earning Type Codes are included in all ADR calculations contained within the payroll or personnel snapshots:
- ADR
- CHR
- FDR
- FCH
