New and Separated Employees Report

This report is still in beta testing phase

The data for this report is based upon the changes that ocurr to an employee's status in AIS, aka Hepps, aka Depps. The status, the status change reason, and the date the change was entered in AIS are programmatically monitored for changes by CBS. These changes are programmatically recorded each morning by the CBS database and are stored in a change log table within CBS. The New and Separated web page displays the records stored in this log table giving you an interface to search and filter through these employee records.

For example, if you wanted to see changes that ocurred for a certain date would enter a date in the filter box just under the "dateupdated" column. Or if you can filter on any of the columns displayed in the same manner.

There is also an Excel report that is programmatically generated each pay period which harvests data from this change log table. It selects only those change log records that were created during the current pay period for which the report is being created. Then it selects only employees whose home department falls under areas 3, 30 or 41. (Programming note: This may need to be expanded to include others where appointing dept is in 3, 30 or 41 so consider using where CAHNRS_Emp = 1 instead). This report also displays their job titles.

These Excel snapshot reports are generated each pay period and stored on the network at the following location:
