Cross College and Employee Flag Criteria

Definition of a Cross College employee: Each pay period a program is automatically exectued to clear all flags and re-evaluate CAHNRS employees for cross college eligibility status.

Employees with 12 month appointments are flagged as cross college if the meet the following criteria during the current pay cycle.

  • They were paid on CAHNRS accounts (Accounts administered by areas 3, 30 or 41 during during that last 1 month period
  • Home Department is NOT in areas 3, 30 or 41
  • Current employees (Status not equal 'S')

Employees with less than 12 month appointments are flagged as cross college if the meet the following criteria during the current pay cycle.

  • They were paid on CAHNRS accounts (Accounts administered by areas 3, 30 or 41 during during that last 4 month period
  • Home Department is NOT in areas 3, 30 or 41
  • Current employees (Status not equal 'S')

Employees having current CAHNRS appointments are flagged as cross college if the meet the following criteria during the current pay cycle.

  • Home Department is NOT in areas 3, 30 or 41
  • Current employees (Status not equal 'S')

Anyone flagged as a cross college employee is also automatically flagged as a CAHNRS employee.

CAHNRS Employee flag criteria:

A CAHNRS employee is a current employee (Status not equal to 'S') with a home department in areas 3, 30 or 41 during the current pay cycle.

OR

A CAHNRS employee is a current employee (Status not equal to 'S') with a current appointment in CHANRS (areas 3, 30 or 41) for the current pay cycle.
